Do you know this song? It is Life is beautiful by Vega 4. Maybe you have listened to it on commercial. It is on the commercial of a movie, My sister's keeper. I like this song very much. I really want to watch this movie! I read some reviews of it. It said that is is very sad and good movie. I wish I could watch it. I want time!

Gyoza Party

I had a lecture for job hunting last Saturday. After that, I went to the dormitory with my friends, because my Chinese friends invited us to gyoza party. We made many gyozas! It was my first time to make gyoza, so I couldn't wrap well. It was difficult! But the gyozas were delicious. We tried to eat them with some sauces, soy sauce, chili sauce and Noritama. I thought Noritama didn't go with gyoza, but it did. It was good. I had good time. We talked a lot while making. I want to make gyoza by myself next time.

Summer Vacation

The summer vacation began. I'm very happy now. I want to go many places. First I'm going to Aso and Summer festival, Hinokunimatsuri. I'm really looking forward to them.
But I have to study for Japanese-language teaching competency test and MOS. And I also have to work much because I need money!! I want to go to England this year. I started to work at Juku recently. I want one more job. I'll do my best for the trip!

I passed STEP 2st grade! This was the second try. The first is when I was a high school student and couldn't pass the first-stage test. This time, I couldn't do the second-stage test well, so I thought I couldn't pass again. I was asked 4 questions but I couldn't understand them at all. I want listening skills. I will try to improve the skills during this summer vacation.

I had one exam last Tuesday. I have two exams and two reports. Now I'm writing the report of the seminar. I take Sato's seminar and I'm studying great speeches. I think it is interesting. I analyzed famous speech of Martin Luther King in a group. This time I have to analyze one speech alone. This is Term-Paper. I chose a speech of Frederick Douglass because I'm interested in racial problem. But it is very difficult to analyze! I'll work harder to finish it!

Across The Universe

I watched a musical movie, Across the Universe. All songs are The Beatles'. This movie is set in America in the 1960s. I think this movie includes some themes, love, Vietnam war, friendship and so on. And it is unique. I like rather the music scene than the story. The music is really good, for example, Come Together, Hey Jude, I Want To Hold Your Hand, Strawberry Fields Forever and so on. I like Let It Be the best. This scene is sad, but beautiful. I almost cried by it. I want the soundtrack CD of this movie.

Today I had a lecture of Japanese teacher. I have a Japanese-language teaching competency test in October. I have to go to Fukuoka for the test, so I reserved a hotel room yesterday.

In today's lecture, the teacher talked about her student . He can speak 6 languages fluently, two Arabic, French, Spanish, English and Japanese. I thought that he was very smart and I wish I were him, because I wanted to speak many languages like him. But he said that it is not something special and Japan is lucky, because people can live in only one language in Japan. In his country, some languages are spoken because of historical reasons, so he needed to learn them. I had never thought so like him. We can speak Japanese as own language. It is a great thing.

Today my opinion has changed a little. Also I have become more interested in the job of Japanese teacher. Japanese teacher can meet people from various countries and learn many things from them. I think it is very interesting job! I will study more harder from now and I want to be a Japanese teacher someday.

I attended the career guidance last Wednesday. And I realized that I didn't have time and had to start job hunting. But I don't know what really want to do in the future. I'm interested in some jobs such as Japanese teacher, medical coding, clerk at language school or university and registered customs specialist. I will work as Japanese teacher someday, but before that, I want to get some work experience. For this, I want to get as many qualifications as possible. I'm going to take certifying examinations of bookkeeping, Japanese teacher, secretary, Spanish and Microsoft Office. And if I can, I want to study medical coding and registered customs specialist while in school. This is my aim. I will study hard for the aim.

I'm sooo sad now... because my mp3 player broke down.X( I dropped it on water. I had used it for about 5 years and I had dropped it many times, so I thought this time would have no problem. But it doesn't work!! I was shocked at the time. It's one of my treasure. I had always listened to music with it and there were a lot of my favorite songs in it. There was nothing else I could do, so I was looking for a good one on Internet and I found good one. I will buy it tomorrow.

I borrowed two books from the library of my town. One of them is LOVE & FREE by Ayumu Takahashi. Do you know him? I've known his books and been interested in book covers of them but I had never read them. I finally read his book. It was very good, I think. This author traveled many countries with his wife. This book is about his experiences and feelings in the travel. I think his view of the world is interesting. I had thought his books were pictures books. But they were not. There are many beautiful and interesting pictures and his messages in this book. I like his pictures. This book is written in Japanese and English. I want to read his other books.

Tomorrow is Mother's Day. What will you do? I don't decide what I'll do yet, because I forgot it:P My mother often said she wanted to go to massage shop, so perhaps I'll give a ticket for massage.
By the way, do you know The Dey? I bought an album of them last year, but I hadn't listened to it so much. I realized that there were many good songs in the album lately. One of them is She said. This song is beautiful and has good lyrics, I think. This is about mother. I really like this song. They sing in Spanish sometimes. I like the parts but I can't understand them. I have to study Spanish hard!

Last Sunday I went to Yufuin and Aso. There were many cars and people. It was not a perfect weather, but I could feel so good because of a beautiful scenery from mountain. Yufuin is famous for hot springs. I wanted to go to hot spring but I couldn't do that because I didn't have enough time. I want to go again.
Today I went shopping to downtown with my friends. One of them is a student from China. I'm a tutor of her. Last week she asked me where she can buy summer clothes, so we went shopping together today. We didn't buy anything, but I'm glad she enjoyed shopping. We promised to go shopping again.
Tomorrow I'm going to go shopping to downtown with other friend:D I will buy clothes and bag. I had many stuff I want today. I want to enjoy the last holiday of Golden week.

It's Golden Week! Do you have any plan? I have some plans. I will go to somewhere tomorrow, but I don't decide yet where I'll go. And I'm going to go shopping with my friends on other days. I want to buy clothes but I don't have much money.X( now I'm looking for a part time job because I will quit my part time job. I want good job!

Today I went to Kumamoto University to take TOEIC test. It was first time to go there. I took the lecture of TOIEC for about two weeks in this spring vacation and I had thought that I memorized many new words but the lecture finished two weeks ago, so I felt that I forgot words!! I have learned words on the site, "Iknow". This is very good site for me. I will study more hard with it! And besides I'm going to start to see English news program.

The 81th Academy Awards were announced yesterday and two Japanese movies won the awards. Do you know them? They are "Okuribito" and "Tsumikino ie". I watched "Tsumikino ie" today. This is a short animation movie and there is no line in the movie. It was very short but really good story! This is story about an old man. When I watched it, I felt a little sad but I think this is a heart-warming movie.Also I'm interested in many other movies, for example, "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button","Slumdog Millionaire ", "The Visitor", "Rachel Getting Married", "Changeling" and so on. Especially I want to watch Slumdog Millionaire! This movie won 8 awards of Academy. This is story about India. I checked the trailer and the soundtrack. There are some Indian songs in the movie. I'm interested in Indian songs because they are very exotic. I want to watch this movie soon!!

Today I was going to go to a nail salon with my cousin. I'm interested in nail art and I have never been to a nail salon, so I really wanted to go. But this morning I got a mail from her, which says she couldn't go because of her child. She has two children. Today her baby has a cold. I'm worrying about him. We couldn't go but I want to go with her next time.
Since my plan was canceled, I went shopping. I wanted boots very much because the boots which I have now are old. But I couldn't find good ones. I will go to an outlet mall next week. I'm looking forward to going there. I want to find good boots and clothes!
Tomorrow, I will go to watch a movie "Mamma Mia" with my friends. I want to watch it soon!

Nagasaki

I went to Nagasaki because there were Lantern Festival. I have been to the festival two years ago. There were many lanterns and it was so beautiful. China town is near the festival place so I bought foods there. They were very delicious, especially Kakuni Man. I love it! I want to go Nagasaki again.

MR 2- 6 Mission Impossible

This movie is story about a spy. The spy is a member named Ethan of a spy team, which include Jim, Claire, Jack, Sarah and Hannah. Jim is the leader of the spy team. Sarah is Jim's wife.

One night, the spy team infiltrated a party on a mission that get back very important list of CIA, NOC. But this was a trap to hunt an informer by CIA. Fortunately, Ethan was saved, but other members were killed and he thought that all members except him were killed. After that, he met a CIA named Kittridge at a restaurant and he heard the trap and thing that CIA regarded him as the informer from Kittridge. He got angry about them and he decided to hunt true informer by himself.

He went back to his hiding place. Then, Claire went back there too. Later, he met a woman named Max who wanted NOC and they made a deal. He made a new team to get NOC. He and Claire included Krieger and Luther in the team. They trespassed on CIA. CIA was heavily guarded, so it was very dangerous to stele NOC. But they could do that after all. After that, he met Jim. He was very surprised because he had thought that Jim died.

He got on a superexpress, because he had to give NOC to Max and he thought that the informer would come out there. After he gave NOC, Max called the informer. Claire went to a freight carriage and met Jim. Actually, Jim was the informer and Claire and Krieger were his conspirators. Claire spoke to Jim about their plan, but that Jim was not real Jim. That was Ethan in disguise. At the time, real Jim appeared. He tried to kill Ethan but he couldn't do that. Instead he shot Claire. After that, he went out of the superexpress and tried to get into helicopter that Krieger was driving. But Ethan stopped him and Jim and Krieger died.

I think that this movie is very excited and full of thrills. While I watched this movie, I got surprised many times, especially the scene that Ethan was stealing NOC from CIA. It was the most excited scene.

The aims of this year

- Studying English everyday
I want to study English at least for 1 hour everyday. Last year I didn't study everyday. This semester will finish in about 4 weeks. But I think I don't make improve my English skills much. I listen to English in music, TV and so on everyday. But it is very difficult to understand all of them. I think I have to enlarge my vocabulary. This year I want to study English more harder, especially vocabulary.

- Reading many books
I have read many books in English last year and I could learn many things from them. I came to like reading books. I think that books give me a lot of knowledge. So I want to read many books this year and I want to get knowledge from books.

MIssion Impossible

I watched a movie, Mission Impossible. This is an excited movie. I have watched this movie once, but I couldn't understand it and I didn't like it at the time. But this time, I could understand the story of it than last time. The main character is Ethan Hunt who is a spy. Tom Cruise played the role. And Jean Reno was in this movie. I like Jean Reno, but his role in this movie was a villain. (78)

Today I went to my grandma's home with my mother, because my grandma made rice cakes. We went to help her. She makes rice cakes every year. I like her rice cakes very much because they are very delicious, especially rice cakes with bean paste. The bean paste are homemade by her. It is too sweet for me but I like it. We made many rice cakes. I had good time.

I watched a movie a little, Mamma Mia. Do you know this movie? This is a movie version of a musical, Mamma mia. I could listen to many ABBA's songs in this movie. ABBA is famous Swedish group. They already broke up before I was born. But I know them and I like their songs, because my mother have their CD and I used to listen to their songs with her when I was a child. Their songs are good. This time, I could enjoy their songs in this movie. Next time, I want to watch it at theater.

I learned Coldplay when I heard a song "Clocks" in a movie, and I became to like this band. I think their music is beautiful. My favorite songs are Clocks, In my place, Lovers in Japan and Viva la vida.

-Oasis
The first song which I listened to was Lyla. When I listen to this song, I can feel better. My favorite songs are Lyla, Let there be love, Stop crying your heart out and so on.

- Lifehouse
I like Lifehouse. Their songs are good and it is easy to listen. My favorite songs are You and me, Broken, Whatever it takes, Everything and so on.
